It's Tofu Time! This is a series covering the different types of tofu and how to cook with them. In today's recipe, we'll highlight pressed tofu, also known as, dry tofu. This type of tofu, similar to super firm tofu, has been pressed of most of its water content. You can find this typically seasoned at most Asian supermarkets.
With this already seasoned and ready to use, I enjoy adding it to quick stir-fries like rice cakes. I love the medley of textures in this recipe. 😊
