Slope stability is important for the safety of engineering structures and must be performed by an engineer in geotechnical and civil projects. This video explains a procedure used for a homogeneous slope when the pore water pressure is assumed to be zero. The procedure uses Taylor's stability chart, which defines the slope stability number (m).
