Twenty Five Years of the Black Bear Film Festival
We look at 25 years of the Black Bear Film Festival in Northeastern PA as the event celebrates its Silver Anniversary October 18th - 20th, 2024. This year's celebrity guest is Illeana Douglas, granddaughter of Marvin Douglas, a two time Oscar Winner for Best Supporting Actor, whose career spanned decades in Hollywood. The festival will feature a local Documentary "Bury the Hatchet" produced in Milford as its opening night film. In 2024, the Black Bear Film Festival started presenting awards in many film categories. For more information go to BlackBearFilm.com.
