The workflow enables you to recover holes in point cloud, including color information. By combining the SCAN2FX modules, you can easily restore areas that were not scanned or were difficult to scan, such as windows, glass, reflective surfaces, water, dark objects, and even more complex shapes or areas missed during scanning.
With SCAN2FX Texture, the fixed up point cloud can then be colorized with your existing scans. Alternatively, with the optional SCAN2FX Photo Projector, professionals can also utilize photos or panoramas captured with other cameras to colorize the point cloud.
