Learn To Homebrew Day 2022 Hoppy Amber Ale Tasting Notes
Mike brewed up the American Amber Ale recipe from the AHA Learn to Homebrew Day 2022 on our last live stream. We taste it this week.
We both agree that this recipe has WAY too much crystal malt in it.
The end result is a pretty cloying beer.
Fun to brew this one, just wish I had used my better judgement and backed down on the crystal malts.
