This 3d Unity tutorial explains how to rotate game objects in Unity using Rotate function with transform reference.
This way you can rotate any transform regardless of the behavior owner.
This video starts with tuning the random spawn behavior and explains newly added rotator behavior.
In the end, there is a part showing how to use only rotate behavior on game objects separate from the random spawn section.
