Birth Wisdom - Mind Body Pathway
We are starting a new series on our Talking Tuesdays on the 9 Multiple Intelligences spoken about by Howard Gardner and how they relate to birth.
The 9 intelligences are -

2. Verbal - Linguistic

4. Visualization - Spatial

6. People - Interpersonal
7. Within the Self - Intrapersonal
8. Nature - Naturalist
9. Spiritual
This week we start with the first intelligence - Kinesthetic Intelligence. This intelligence includes specific physical skills such as coordination, balance, dexterity, strength, flexibility, and speed. Also the ability to use mental abilities to coordinate bodily movement.
