Coca Cola Pork Belly Recipe

Ingredients for the poached pork
450g pork belly strips
A few slices of fresh ginger
Around 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp salt
Sauce ingredients
1 tsp English mustard
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp runny honey
Other ingredients
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic sliced (or 1 tsp garlic paste)
3 spring onions chopped
3 fresh red chillies chopped
150ml Coca Cola
