King Charles III Coronation Quiche - Spinach and Broadbean Quiche
Hi friends! Soon there will be the coronation of King Charles III. When there are important events related to the royal family, many roads are closed and citizens prepare large tables. Everyone brings something to eat or drink and we all celebrate together. As the official dish to take to street parties, Carlo and Camilla have chosen a quiche with spinach and broad beans.
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
180 grams cooked spinach
60 grams cooked and peeled broad beans
100 grams cheddar cheese
150ml milk
175ml cream
2 eggs
Tarragon
Salt and black pepper
