Experimenting a bit with the 360’ camera so I would love your feedback on what angles you like and want to see more of, and what you never want to see again. Regardless please like the video and subscribe to ‪@purepaddling8534‬ to see more.

My intentions were to find some waves and have a relaxed paddle as I’m still get over the effects of my bout of Covid but there weren’t any waves to be found, probably due to a stiff Southerly wind. If you don’t know Noosa, it’s perfectly sheltered from the Southerlies and mostly from the Easterlies, but gets a bigger wave wrapping around the point with an Easterly wind. So instead of playing inside the bay I decided to head around Hellsgate to find some runners. I paddled past the point and continued out into deeper water for a km or two.

The wind from the South, a bit of East in the swell, and a whole lot of bumps coming backwards from the West made for messy conditions and the runners weren’t huge but I still had a heap for fun chasing them, just wish it was for longer than 2-3km before I had to cut back inside towards shore.

As always, I paddled my Fenn Elite S using my Gara Odin paddle and kitted out with my ‪@sharkskin2190‬ Rapid Dry shirt.
