Hello everyone, today I'm sharing a recipe for Curried Pork Tenderloin: simple and quick to make, this recipe is accessible to all, without any difficulty and with a limited number of ingredients. Follow me for the recipe:
Ingredients for 2 to 3 people:
1 pork tenderloin
1 or 2 onions
20 cl heavy cream
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin
olive oil
salt, pepper
The recipe IN DETAIL (step by step)
1. Remove the fat from the pork tenderloin, then cut it into medallions.
2. In a very hot pan, drizzle some olive oil and brown the medallions for 3 minutes per side over high heat. Set aside.
3. Cook the sliced onions for a few minutes.
4. Add the spices, and a little more oil if the mixture is too thick.
5. Add the meat back to the pan and coat it well with the spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Enjoy! :-)
I hope you like this recipe as much as we do! Have a wonderful meal, and I'll see you next week for a new recipe on A LA LOUPE CUISINE. See you soon!
