The Complexity Crisis in AI Server Design :
The transition to high-speed AI workloads has introduced significant signal integrity (SI) hurdles. The new flow is approximately 800 times faster than original parameter sweeping techniques. By using AI-driven optimization, engineers can sweep through design parameters in a fraction of the time, converging on the ideal configuration for PCB transmission line performance.
The integration allows Wiwynn to establish accurate loss engines, correct for surface roughness, and build comprehensive insertion loss databases. This logic is applied to optimize physical features such as via size and trace size, ensuring the digital model perfectly matches the measured hardware.
By grounding simulations in high-fidelity 3D EM solvers, the methodology eliminates the "gap" between the lab and the factory, ensuring predictable performance for hyperscale computing.
