Having talked about the "colorized" position light signals Amtrak is using on the NEC between New York and Washington D.C. ("PCL signals"), this week we are going back in time to have a look at the mysterious Color Position Lights introduced in the 1920ies by the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad ("B&O CPL signals") and what is left of them on Sand Patch Grade.
