For marshmallows we will need:
For whipping:
200 g applesauce
200 g sugar
two egg whites (65 g)

For syrup:
150 ml water
270 g sugar
8 g agar-agar

Tulip nozzle and 115 leaf

FOR ASSEMBLY OF A BOUQUET:
a round base made of penoplex or polystyrene, mine is 21 cm in diameter (you can make any diameter)
30 cm skewers
toothpicks
paper for flowers
scotch tape
cling film
