Advanced Balance Training for Stronger Knees

Balance is the first thing to go as we age, but it's also the easiest to train. The BOSU Ball allows you to perform "proprioceptive training." By creating an unstable surface, you force your nervous system to recruit more muscle fibers in the legs and core compared to a floor squat.

Warning: As mentioned in the video, this is an advanced exercise. We recommend starting with the Dome Side Up to master your form before flipping it over.

Clinical Benefits:
Corrects Asymmetries: Forces both legs to work equally; the dominant leg can't take over.
Core Engagement: You must engage your abs to stay upright, turning leg day into core day.
Safe Progression: Start with just standing balance before adding the squat.
