For this recipe you will need

6 cups cake flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup castor sugar /white sugar
300g stock bake
1 cup vanilla custard
1 1 /2 cup inkomazi/ butter milk

10L
12 cups cake flour
10 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cup castor sugar /white sugar
500g stock bake
2 cup vanilla custard
2 1/2cup inkomazi/ butter milk

20L
22 cups cake flour
20teaspoons baking powder
3 cup castor sugar /white sugar
1kg stock bake
3 cups vanilla custard
4 cups inkomazi/ butter milk
