"It's the time change!" -- that's the refrain from our giggly knitting group this week! If something is a little wonky? Or maybe you're feeling a little off? Your gauge is weird? No problem! "It's the time change!"
Thanks for joining Kristin and Iris for the 32nd episode of our podcast this week! We've got lots to share... and no post-it note to guide us!!! Let's see how we do!
We forgot to mention that it's FREE SHIPPING this month! Use code FREESHIP24 at check-out to get the shipping discount!
WE'RE WEARING...
Kristin's wearing her Shift by Andrea Mowry, in a variety of yarns including Mechita by Malabrigo.
Kristin is also wearing a variation on the Carbeth Cardigan by Kate Davies (our knit along last winter!), knit by one of our customers who decided to do an all-over seed stitch. She used Tsuido by Noro, in the same colorway as Kristin's Carbeth Swan Dance! We love this tweedy neutral colorway.
Iris is wearing her Irish Rover Pullover by Teti Lutsak, knit in Millstone Tweed by Berroco. It's absolutely COZY!
WE'RE WORKING ON...
Kristin's got some socks going, finishing up a lovely pair from a couple of years ago! These are knit up in Uneek Sock by Urth Yarns, in a special colorway inspired by the Queen of Orange, Gayle Gillespie (aka GGmadeit). She's almost done with her pair!
Kristin's also working on an Amy Pullover by PetiteKnit — using Tulla Tweed by Louisa Harding. This will be a really cozy sweater with a little turtleneck.
Iris had a spontaneous cast-on last week, inspired by Loreen at our knitting group! Foxy Friends by Fiona Alice are fingerless mitts with foxes on them, knit in worsted weight — and she's using Worsted by Malabrigo for an absolutely squishy, soft feeling.
Iris is also working on a gift knit, the Bateaux Mouches Shawl by Isager. It's a super simple and easy knit, so relaxing, and she's using Seven Sisters Arts in Celaeno. Malabrigo's Silkpaca would also work beautifully!
