According to Doctor Robert Brueck, MD, the breast reduction recovery time is very quick. A patient can go home within the same day. Surprisingly, a patient can even shower the next day as long as they are careful to completely dry off before they get clothed again. Doctor Brueck recommends that a patient lays low for about four days, but is happy to say that most women can do almost anything they want after that, within their comfort range.
