Tasting my Cornflake Beer Home Brew.
This was made using supermarket bought own brand cornflakes using the following recipe:
60 % Mary's otter
30% Crystal 15 UK
10% flaked corn (ordinary supermarket cornflakes)
18 g Fuggles hops
15 g Cascade tops
Fermentis Safale S-O4 yeast which I harvested from a Yorkshire Bitter brew I made last November but a fresh pack would work perfectly well.
