It handles both, but it’s best for the emails that take the most mental bandwidth. I use it to draft the structure, then I edit anything sensitive before sending.

I give it a prompt with rules, examples, and a clear format. The screenshots provide context, and my dictation adds the intent and key points.
Q3 How much time can I realistically save per week?
Time savings depends on inbox volume, but even drafting replies removes the blank-page problem. If you deal with repetitive tasks, the hours add up fast.

Custom GPTs may need a paid plan, but you can still use the free version with a good prompt. The paid setup mainly makes the workflow more consistent.

Screenshots keep the thread and formatting intact, which helps with followup replies. If you prefer copy and paste, that can work too.
