Peanut Foam Hojicha Latte!
A wonderful peanut foam hojicha latte made with Tea Drop Hojicha!
this drink is the perfect combination of the bitterness from the hojicha powder with the nutty flavor of peanut butter and is great to have for a cozy afternoon.
here’s the recipe:
whisk two teaspoons of @teadroptea hojicha powder in around 30ml of warm water until foamy
in a small bowl—combine 25ml of whipping cream, peanut butter and maple syrup and blend until smooth
in a separate cup, pour in milk of choice up to two thirds full
pour in hojicha
gently pour over peanut foam to fill up the cup
top with chopped peanuts and serve!
