Two separate requested posts that were created by the Instagram account, Dark Iron Gains.
The first shows a photo of American professional bodybuilder and four time Mr. Olympia winner Jason Isaac Cutler superimposed on a photo from the Nuremberg trials replacing Hermann Göring, the second-highest-ranked member of the Nazi Party and Hitler's designated successor as well as the original head of the Gestapo. There's text at the top and bottom that states "Your honor it's not my fault I set the swag lifter alarm off, the Travis Scott burger made me go Sicko Mode". "Swag lifter", being a phrase often used by the account, the rest of the text is in reference to the 2020 McDonalds special menu item, the Travis Scott burger, weightlifting culture, and to the 2018 hit single Sicko Mode. A Tik Tok trend quickly began after the sandwich rolled out where people would drive up to McDonalds blasting the song rather than ordering or yelling catchphrases at the employees. This happened so many times that there was official training on the catchphrases being yelled at employees and other reactionary memes were created.
The second meme is two images of American bodybuilder and American Gladiator Mike O'Hearn AKA Titan super imposed on a photo taken of a particularly aesthetic bedroom that is frequently shared as an inspiration photo or cover for Spotify playlist. Mike is shown to be looking down at his phone, there's text at the top and bottom that reads "Wow what a great nights sleep, let's check my good morning texts..." The image at the bottom has him looking dejected, and the accompanying text reads: "... sigh maybe tomorrow..."
Both of these memes exist as part of a larger pantheon of content related to muscular men expressing wholesome or relatable emotions or situations that was originally born out of the "Why Yes, How Could You Tell" meme showing bodybuilders typing on keyboards or the "Giga chad" posing. Additionally the good morning text refers to the action of sending and receiving good morning messages to crushes and loved ones. This behavior was often replicated in "just girly things" and "Things Boys Do We Love" viral images of the early 2010s, which have since been satirized by adding and in subversive content counter to the original spirit of the posts.
