Hiking in Talknafjordur
With a midnight sun setting just outside the fjord, our volunteers began a hike up one of the mountains near their accommodation in Talknafjordur. The group took their time climbing up and around the back side of the 400m cliff to reach the summit just as the sun was setting over the Atlantic Ocean in the direction of Greenland.
There is rarely a bad view in Iceland...
