MANET network planning
Tutorial on using the CloudRF MANET planning tool to design a rural UHF network.
This powerful tool allows you to place nodes manually or import many nodes as a KML, KMZ, GeoJSON or CSV file to automatically generate links and coverage. The network is re-modelled as nodes are dragged or changed.
Nodes can be moved by dragging, hidden or deleted using the right-click context menu. The finished design can be downloaded as a complete KMZ layer for viewing outside of CloudRF in Google Earth or WinTAK.
