Ray Hayden here, showing you how to rapidly set up a monitor for your Drone which can be used by placing your smartphone on a monitor with inexpensive supplies.
The smartphone mount for my tripod was at no cost - it came with something else I had purchased. The tripod itself was also a free gift when I had purchased a video camera, the material to make the Hood is a simple box, and I made three versions of it.
The first one is very lightweight, but it is taped together, but the second version was perfection, and the third version simply adds a little more to it, all connected with Binder Clips.
I will be making a video with the drone flying around this setup soon, and uploading it as well.
