Ray Hayden here - this video is related to the last video I uploaded.
This video contains additional video demonstrating the substandard pathway that residents must take to reach their homes.
Residents had been living in the area prior to the commercial land being developed, and in that process of commercial development, the residents near the lake became (nearly) land locked.
The ONLY access to the residences behind the commercial property is a pathway less than 20 feet wide. It is not possible to have any two vehicles pass comfortably on that road.
While I discuss it for the first part of the video, an additional video shows what happens when two vehicles have to pass. Around this same time frame, I had to wait for a FedEx vehicle to exit the pathway for me to drive forward.
The problem is that high density development of the property at at the far end of the path will add more traffic, and place the area residents in greater risk of rescue personnel being able to get to them.
The local governments need to protect the residents from over development, and high density development, which is killing the natural beauty and resources of the area.
