I just noticed that the DATE is incorrect - the YEAR is 2024, thus, 16 May 2024... sorry about that.
Ray Hayden here, this is an edited video containing my personal comments on what needs to happen for the folks in the Provisionally Licensed Lawyer Program, and what needs to happen with the California Bar Exam.
I discuss, briefly, the FAA Recurrent Training I must complete every two years for my Commercial Drone Pilot Certification. This Multiple Choice Question (FAA) Exam requires a minimum passing score of 100%, but the program is OBJECTIVELLY Fair.
The FAA is trying to make us each a subject matter expert, and ALL of the bar exams should eb doing the same thing.
This video ALSO contains the END of the meeting whereby, the Board of Trustees are told to watch out for the Specially Set Meeting SOON.
