HOW FOUND: Purchased one for our cabin about 35 years ago in Vermont somewhere.

ORIGINAL SOURCE: One I purchased about 35 years ago.
COMMENTS: I traced the original, made some modifications and Liz helped me paint it. (She doesn’t like my painting abilities, and since it’s a present for her, I thought I might as well just have her paint it!)
