Working of Buck Boost Converter
1.During TON period: 0 ≤ t ≤ DT(TON )

When SW = ON ⇒ D = OFF⇒ Source is disconnected from load ⇒ Inductor starts storing energy ⇒ VL = VS

Capacitor is stored initially with lower plated positive w.r.t. upper plate and it discharges through load resistance R

2. During TOFF period: DT ≤ t ≤ T

When SW = OFF ⇒ D = ON⇒ Inductor starts discharging its energy ⇒ polarity of inductor voltage is reversed VL = - V0

Capacitor starts storing energy with lower plated positive w.r.t. upper plate
