Today we'll show you how to make crystal-clear ice at home. This clear ice is perfect for cocktails. Two methods are outlined... first, we'll use a cheap igloo cooler to make one large ice block for large cubes and spears. Next, we'll use a silicone ice mold that makes 2" clear ice cubes perfect for an old-fashioned.
