6 drops of Pernod
1 dash Angostura
½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
½ oz simple syrup (15 ml)
1 ½ oz 151 Proof Rum (45 ml)

Mai Kai 151 Swizzle
recipe from Atomic Grog
3 drops Pernod
2 dashes angostura
½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
½ oz rich 2:1 syrup (15 ml)
1 tsp grenadine
½ oz falernum (15 ml)
1 ½ oz 151 Demerara rum (45 ml)
½ oz dark Jamaican rum (tribute blend)

Smuggler's Cove Twenty Seventy Swizzle
1 dash of herbstura
½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
½ oz demerara syrup (15 ml)
½ oz honey syrup (15 ml)
¼ oz all-spice dram (7.5 ml)
1 oz Angostura 1919 (30 ml)
1 oz Hamilton 151 (30 ml)
Punch of nutmeg
