Today's drink comes to use form the Minimalist Tiki book and the drink was created by Kevin Beary at Three Dots and a Dash in Chicago. This updated Polynesian Spell has an amazing "juicy" quality that we don't experience much in tropical tiki drinks due to the use of grape juice. I went with fresh green grape juice but you can always sub that out for a store-bought brand if you don't want to bother with the fresh (but fresh was very, very good). The addition of cane syrup and the Cachaça really lean into the fresh flavors but if you are not a fan of the grassy agricole flavors fear not, because this is not nearly the intensity you'll get out of something like an unaged agricole.
