RCy3 Filtering Networks in Cytoscape
RCy3 has methods to create and apply filters in Cytoscape. Just like in the GUI, you can create filters based on degree or column values. You can also combine filters. Unique to RCy3, there is a parameter that lets you hide filtered nodes, rather than perform a selection.
