Filtering Networks in Cytoscape
When your network is large and you are want to find subnetworks interest, filtering can help. The Select tab in Cytoscape provides advanced, but easy-to-use tools for filtering networks. Filtering works by defining a selection, which you can then use to view table values, create subnetworks, or hide after inverting.
