Cytoscape Layout Tools
Layout tools allow you to position network nodes in a manner that is visually intuitive and even dependent on your data. Cytoscape comes with over a dozen layout algorithms, including the popular yFiles layouts. Apps can add their own layouts as well. And the Node Layout Tool provides refinement tools to make your layouts just right.
