RCy3 Shortest Path Calculation
RCy3 can work with any other Bioconductor package that uses igraph or graph networks, enabling Cytoscape visualization and interoperability. Here we demonstrate running the shortest path algorithm from the RBGL package, providing a network from Cytosape at the start and visualizing the path in Cytoscape at the end.
