RCy3 Custom Graphics in Cytoscape
A vignette for how to visualize multiple columns of data per node using custom graphics, including Bar Charts, Stripes and Pic Charts. Heatmaps, line charts and rings are also supported. The vignette then covers adding secondary text labels per node using the enhancedGraphics app.
