Grouping Nodes in Cytoscape
In Cytoscape you can define groups of nodes and control how they are viewed. The default group node view is as a single node with preserved edges to other nodes and aggregated attributes. You can expand and collapse nodes once they are defined. A popular alternative view for groups is as a compound node, which includes a dynamic bounding box around member nodes. See Edit/Properties/Group Properties for all the group options.
