Life seems pretty slow-paced compared to Google. You don't notice all of the tweaks and changes, experimental or more permanent, but Google make more updates a year than there are days in the year. So roughly every day at least something new is going on. Often several new things at once.
So this week we are taking the time to look around and talk about some of the many recent updates you may want to know about, (and probably a few of the ones you wish you didn't need to know about).
There have been massive changes in Local search on Google, and with Localized results appearing in virtually everything, that affects Google almost across the board. Then there's all the talk about 'Pigeon' - the name some SEOs have adopted for the most recent of the large updates.
