Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (1 package in a box of graham crackers will make 1 1/2 cups)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp light brown sugar
7 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
No -Bake Cheesecake Filling:
2- 8 oz. brick cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
