Apple Pie Spice | Fall Spice Mix
Apple pie spice is so easy to make at home and can be added to so many fall desserts! Sprinkle apple pie spice in oatmeal's, coffees, or on sliced apples. Adjust the spices to your personal preference, but I found the below measurements to be perfect. Cardamom is also great to add to apple pie spice, but is not found in traditional apple pie spice found in stores. Make a double batch of apple pie spice if you know you will be using it in many recipes this fall and store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
