1 Minute Sugar Cookie Recipe | Eggless Microwave Sugar Cookie
This easy 1 minute sugar cookie recipe is perfect for a quick snack or sharing as a speedy dessert! Made in one bowl, eggless, and swiftly made in the microwave, this cookie is ready in just 1 minute! Ideal for those avoiding multiple batches or cleanup hassles, this recipe ensures minimal mess. Feel free to add sprinkles to decorate this sugar cookie, but it is not necessary, and the sugar cookie will still turn out great! After microwaving, carefully remove from the microwave as the sugar cookie is extremely soft and allow the cookie to cool for 5 minutes before eating.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp milk
5 tbsp & 1 tsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
Dash of sprinkles (optional)
Place on a piece of parchment paper and bake in the microwave for 55 seconds-1 minute.
*Since all microwave wattages are different, if the sugar cookie does not look done, microwave for 5- 10 seconds longer.
