◾ INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
-1 cup of almond flour or sunflower seed flour 😉 (112g)
-3 eggs
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder
-a pinch of salt
-Approximately 1 tablespoon of sweetener; you can use more if you want it sweeter. In my case, I used a blend of stevia and erythritol.
For the cream:
-250g Avocado
-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
-5 tablespoons of coconut milk
-3 tablespoons of coconut oil
-1 tablespoon of sweetener (approximately)
For decoration...
Sliced almonds or whatever you prefer😉

◾ IMPORTANT!!! I DON'T COUNT MACROS😉
I did this for a long time, and although at first I admit it was VERY USEFUL because I learned about keto foods, quantities, etc... I think it was okay at first, but over time you learn to know what to eat. I've been on this lifestyle for 2 years, and I haven't counted macros for many months. If you eliminate all types of refined flours and sugars from your diet, eat the proteins your body craves, accompanied by vegetables or salad, good-quality fats, nuts, seeds... in short, low-carb foods, you won't get out of ketosis... The idea is to learn to eat without counting everything we eat.
