The Eagles made some huge moves this offseason in signing seven new players. Each player is on a short term deal and very cheap contracts. The biggest signing obviously is Alshon Jeffery. Alshon Jeffery signing with the Eagles is a massive impact, obviously we will have to wait and see how he performs with the team to see if he gets a long term deal but so far the signing is great for the Eagles. The other signings for the Eagles include Torrey Smith, Chance Warmack, Nick Foles, Patrick Robinson, Chris Long, and Timmy Jernigan. Timmy Jernigan is another very interesting pickup. The Eagles swaped 3rd round picks with the Ravens in order to pick up Timmry Jernigan. I am suspicious of this move because Jernigan is a very good run stopping defensive tackle and the Ravens didn't really get a whole lot of value for him. People have suspected it was due to a lack of work ethic and inconsistencies with his weight. So we will have to see if he has his mind set on being with the Eagles or if he will just be a guy to take some of the load off of Beau Allen.
