Low-stack Stack interchange
This is my first effort at creating a re-usable highway intersection (interchange) for Cities Skylines. I was trying to create an interchange with the heavy traffic handling advantages of a Stack Interchange without all the levels. It also had to be more compact than a Turbine or Pinavia interchange but without the disadvantages of the standard Cloverleaf interchange.
The interchange is not really appropriate for the real world because of the merges onto and off the highway from both sides at the same time, but it works well in simulation! Also, I've kept the roads straight with some moderatly sharp turns, curves would be better for real world driving but I found the result didn't look as good.... at least when I tried it.

DLC: Mass Transit (for the 2-lane and 4-lane highways)
Mods: TM:PE (optional, this interchange should work fine without it)
