Chewing Gum Intersection
AKA the "4-way Deconstructed Offset Highway Interchange", but it looks a bit like a piece of chewing gum that has been stretched, so I went with that name instead.
One of my cities had two 3-way intersections quite close together which resulted in a lot of lane switching in the region between the intersections. With this intersection every final destination highway gets it's own dedicated lane, so, even though it looks a bit wacky, it does handle the traffic pretty well. In real life of course, those dedicated lanes in the middle would all need crash barriers!
As a Cities:Skylines asset I've added it to the Steam Workshop (link below) so anybody can download, modify and use it. It uses just the base road types, so no DLC's are required. Also, no MODs are required, but TM:PE could help where the highway ramps merge back onto the highway.
