4-Way Afterthought Intersection
It's getting harder to think of alternative topologies for intersections, but this one has a twist, traffic turning right turn off at the start of the intersection, but left turning traffic don't turn off until as late as possible. This gives the interchange a nice look (IMHO) and it can handle high volumes of traffic while being quite compact.
As a Cities:Skylines asset I've added it to the Steam Workshop (link below) so anybody can download, modify and use it. It requires the Mass Transit DLC for the 2-lane and 4-lane highways. No mods are required, but as with many intersections, the lane management feature of "Traffic Manager President Edition" mod (TM:PE) can be useful to improve how vehicles merge back onto the main highway (sometimes vehicles can try to get into their target lane straight away and can hold up multiple of lanes instead of just merging into the nearest lane first and then moving over later).
