Compact, fully-connected, conflict-free Interchange (splayed Stack with tunnels)
A complete overhaul of my previous effort:
• Low-stack Stack interchange
which uses more realistically located slip lanes and is considerably smaller. More compact than the standard clover-leaf, but without any of the associated weaving problems. With some TM:PE lane management this intersection can be completely free-flowing, i.e. vehicles will not have to switch anywhere inside the intersection. The only vehicle slow-downs then are due to some moderate turns, but nothing too severe.
Details:
DLC: Mass Transit (for the 2-lane and 4-lane highways)
Mods: TM:PE (optional, but will work better with some lane management)
