FluoRender Tutorials: Load Files with ImageJ and Bioformats
In this video, we demonstrate linking FluoRender with ImageJ for file import. You need to download ImageJ and Bioformats first and then configure FluoRender to link with them. You can use this new feature to load file formats that were not originally supported by FluoRender.
