FluoRender Tutorial: Machine Learning for Component Generation
In this video, we demonstrate how to use the new machine learning feature in FluoRender for segmenting cells. Users need to provide segmentation examples and FluoRender can keep a record of user operations. The examples generated locally are used for component generation for the entire data set, a time sequence, or similar data sets.
